Just spotted this VIdeo on Facebook, a bit older than I thought but I have posted the same comment below: As you get higher the speed you can go must reduce because of Mach restrictions. As you go higher the faster you must go to produce the required amount of lift to fly because the air gets thinner. Just how close do these two figures get to each other at the aircraft's maximum ceiling? Something about Density Altitude comes to mind as well which I seem to remember has a bearing on this stuff.

what. so the captain just goes away with the storm, and the first officer just does whatever and doesnt let go of the controls. the captain comes back, and just watches and does nothing. If my engine is working, and im pointing upwards, yet loosing altitude, its logical that you are in a stall and therefore you need to pitch down and not up. I have no idea what these people were doing but they were unfit to fly and therefore killed everyone

Can't speak/comprehend English. How many of these videos have brought this up as a problem. These foreign aviation firms need to be required to prove their people can read, and speak English before they are allowed to work/operate these aircraft. Sorry if that upsets some people, but the aviation industry uses English as the primary language.

They didnt check the Runway like it was in the procedure before the takeoff of the Concorde. This was also the main cause of the crash. Very very sad :((

Hello, I think the airlines could mount small cameras on the outside to view the planes body and wings. I always here they can't see the damage. Even though alarms sound they really don't know for sure. Cameras don't weigh much. Just a thought. God bless all airlines and passengers.

Hi, I have a question : some people mentioned the fact that the pilot could possibly have been in discussion with the government via satellite telephone during the flight to try to get released from prison one of his friends who where an opponent of the government. Such a communication could have been possible? And would we have the means to know it today, or could it have remained secret?

But why antinas are fixed just after the runway? Any plane can go beyond runway.

Surely stricter personality and psychological profiling are lacking. I feel sickening nausea and so much dread with so many accidents caused by poor CRM. It results in tens of thousands of innocent lives lost. I feel so sick I can't believe the standards of pilot selection and training has really watered down over the years. In the past accidents were caused by engines and mechanical faults. Not human issues. Pilots were considered heros who saved lives with their best practices and excellent judgement. They didn't compromise with their sense of duty and responsibility to preserve lives. They up - held their skills, expertise and professionalism to preserve the aircrafts in their control.
